Learn more about our process here: https://www.optimim.com/ We are currently seeking to add a Feedstock Specialist to our small swing shift team. Feedstock Specialists are responsible for the handling, weighing, processing and testing of all raw materials. Specialists are expected to run multiple pieces of processing equipment simultaneously while performing other job functions. The successful candidate will be able to train on the dayshift for approximately 2 months before moving onto the swing shift. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform regrinding and pelletizing. - 30% Support the feedstock requirements of OptiMIM LLC. - 20% Drives the forklift. - 20% Receives & ships materials - 10% Other duties as assigned - 20% REQUIREMENTS One-year previous manufacturing experience. Strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of basic computer skills. High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred. Previous forklift experience preferred. Good communication skills with the ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English Able to frequently stand and walk the production floor throughout the shift Able to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds Must be able to wear a respirator Due to ITAR requirements, employees must be meet the definition of a \"US Person.\" OptiMIM offers a competitive compensation & benefits package, including: Benefits : Medical (HSA or PPO), generous HSA contribution, Rx, dental, vision, long term disability, group life, dependent life, whole life, AD& D, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, FSA, LegalShield, transit pass gift card program, tuition reimbursement, and 401k with generous employer match.
