Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager in the experiential events industry for a boutique agency. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating and delivering experiential marketing programs for our diverse clients. As an Account Manager, you will utilize your strong expertise in account management to meet client objectives with strategic experiential solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing strategic experiential solutions.

• Manage multiple resources to bring marketing executions to life, including creative development, program budgets, and vendor contracts.

• Maintain strong communication with both clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Oversee the scoping, orchestration, and delivery of experiential marketing programs.

• Utilize strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple variables simultaneously.

• Proactively handle creative reviews with clients, and engage in high-level project management discussions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

• Demonstrate strategic thinking and results-driven approach, keeping an eye on the big picture while thriving in the details.

• Leverage strong account management experience, preferably in experiential events, to deliver exceptional service to clients.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records and account information.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role is mandatory.

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with Experiential Events is a plus.

• Knowledge of account management practices, techniques, and tools is necessary.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.

• Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
