We are seeking a motivated Electrical Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical construction and an aptitude and interest in selling, with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new clients in need of electrical maintenance services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations of clients' electrical systems to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop comprehensive maintenance proposals and service agreements for clients.
Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with their budgetary and operational requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Relationships:
Maintain and Foster proactive and positive relationships with customers, within the JH Kelly team, management, crafts, and all project teams.
Experience / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of sales success in the electrical or related industry, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices, with the ability to assess and communicate maintenance requirements effectively, is a bonus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.
Necessary Skills:
Highly motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.

Compensation: $35-$50 per hour (DOE), FLSA non-exempt (OT eligible).
