Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Construction Administrator, where you will be responsible for project set-up and ongoing project maintenance and updates using Viewpoint and AutoDesk. Your role will be crucial in providing assistance with RFI, submittal, and RFP processes, as well as organizing, preparing, submitting, and tracking subcontracts, supply agreements, and change orders. You will act as a liaison between Project Managers, Clients, and Subcontractors, handling general inquiries and directing customers to appropriate departments. Additionally, you will prepare AIA draw requests and invoices, support clerical tasks including meeting minutes, and manage vendor and subcontractor compliance documentation.
Hard Skills
Commercial construction contractor experience
Experience managing/organizing subcontracts, change orders, RFI, RFP
Proficiency in Viewpoint Vista, Bluebeam
Soft Skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office role available in either Vancouver or Portland. Candidates opting for the Vancouver location will be required to undergo a 2-month training period in SW Portland.
