Premier commercial litigation firm in Downtown Portland is seeking a talented and experienced COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SR. ASSOCIATE OR OF COUNSEL. This firm offers top-of-market salaries and benefits, including excellent retirement benefits, garage parking, and more.

Represent reputable and well-established clients in high stakes litigation. You will have the opportunity to advocate for clients in all phases of litigation, including trial. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience in civil litigation, have excellent legal research and writing skills, and enjoy working as part of a cohesive team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 with lucrative bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental and vision premiums 100% paid by employer; free garage parking; life and disability insurance; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 3% employer contribution, profit sharing, and a deferred salary plan with employer match, flexible paid time off and paid holidays.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• An active member in good standing with the Oregon Bar, Washington state a plus.

• JD from an accredited law school.

• At least four years of civil litigation experience.
