CTTX Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Med/Surg and Telemetry - Travel Position in Portland, Oregon
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at CTTX Health. In this travel position, you will work in a Med/Surg and Telemetry unit, providing direct care and support to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), performing vital signs monitoring, administering medications, and documenting patient information. You will also collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements
Requirements: - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification - Previous experience in a Med/Surg and Telemetry unit is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Compassionate and empathetic demeanor - Physical stamina and ability to lift and transfer patients - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
One year of CNA experience is required.
