YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As the Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing The Levy Difference in accounting services to internal and external guests and suppliers. Results are achieved by implementing effective internal controls and efficient processes, through leadership and management skills, and by living Levy’s visions and values.

DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two days are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as an Accounting Coordinator -

  • Data entry, and account reconciliations as needed.

  • Ensure all invoices are paid correctly including internal invoices.

  • Manage with full-cycle Accounts Receivable duties as assigned.

  • Complete department filing and administrative tasks as requested.

  • Other general accounting support tasks as needed.

  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

THE PERFECT MATCH

We might be a great match if the below applies to you -

  • General knowledge of Excel and Accounting

  • Experience with maintaining high-volume workbooks

  • Ability to manage full cycle accounts receivable

  • Account and payment reconciliation

  • Must be flexible with schedule including weekends
