We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the role of Regional Business Development Executive. This strategic role is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving business growth within existing regional accounts and cultivating new client relationships. This role requires a strong focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities through strategic networking, lead generation, cold calling, and attending industry events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain a strong professional network.

Pay: \$104,000 - 150,000/year, also eligible for quarterly incentive bonuses

REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development:

  • Identify Opportunities: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts. Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.

  • Expand Partnerships: Drive business growth by expanding relationships with existing regional accounts and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop Strategies: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with client needs.

  • Monitor Trends: Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business development strategies. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.

  • Ensure Client Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction

Networking & Influence:

  • Build Awareness: Attend local industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a circle of influence and stay informed about industry trends.

  • Expand Network: Actively participate in professional organizations and community groups to enhance the company\'s visibility and reputation. Develop and maintain a network of contacts within strategic industries.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business within a market.
  • Basic understanding of the structural, infrastructure, and safety enginee ing sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
