Food Production Coordinator - Barron Center, Nutrition Services
Permanent, Full-Time position Schedule 5:30AM-1:00PM Sunday - Thursday.

This is general duty and supervisory cooking work that oversees the planning, coordination and direction of resident meals. Supervises food service and the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and equipment; trains and instructs new employees in kitchen duties and directs the work of a small group of cooks and kitchen workers. We are searching for candidates with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Management or related field and three years of experience in large kitchen operations or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

\ Salary & Benefits:
This is a union position - Pro-Tech (Grade 5) with a starting pay range \$23.22 - \$29.42 /hour, based on relevant years of experience.
