Robert Half Client Service Coordinator - Associate in Portland, Maine

Description

We are looking for a Client Service Coordinator - Associate to join our team located in Portland, Maine. This role involves providing administrative support within a customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will be involved in various tasks ranging from processing customer applications to coordinating meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the department, including typing, filing, and answering phones.

• Handle customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service.

• Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy.

• Process customer credit applications in an efficient and accurate manner.

• Coordinate meetings and conferences as required.

• Work on special projects as assigned.

• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Use strong communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.

• Utilize various technology platforms and computer skills to perform tasks effectively.

Requirements • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients

• Experience in answering inbound calls in a professional manner

• Proficient in scheduling appointments and meetings effectively

• Ability to maintain a professional phone presence

• Experience in performing ad hoc financial tasks and reporting

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Experience in filing and record keeping

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to coordinate and participate in conference calls

• Experience leading special projects and coordinating with different teams

• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and R Code

• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with team members

• Experience in coordinating meetings, including scheduling and sending invitations

• Ability to distribute incoming mail in a timely manner

• Familiarity with USA Cedar.AI platform is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Previous administrative experience is preferred.
