As a Medical Education Associate on Stryker’s Craniomaxillofacial team, you will work with our sales force and surgeon consultants to improve patient outcomes through facilitation and planning of word class education events.

What you will do

​​​The Medical Education Associate supports the Medical Education team by planning and executing educational events within a defined budget. Will perform all activity in accordance with Stryker compliance standards, Advamed Code, and all national and state regulations.​​

  • ​​​​Coordinate scheduling, servicing, testing, packing, shipment, and receipt of equipment for labs and educational events. Coordinate with Med Ed managers, marketing managers, marketing associates, regional sales managers, sales force and cross divisionally as needed.

  • ​Order disposable products for labs and educational events, maintain inventory and forecasting.

  • ​Assist in executing regional and national educational events.

  • ​Assist and execute educational courses and hands on product training events.

  • ​Collaborate with Med Ed and product managers to determine required products and logistics for all events.

  • ​Travel to educational events as needed.

  • Heavier travel takes place on weekends

  • Must be comfortable working with cadaveric specimen

What you need

  • ​​​Bachelor’s Degree - required​​

  • ​​​0-2 years + relevant experience - required

  • ​Basic understanding of event coordination, trade shows, marketing, and medical education - preferred​​

  • Previous customer facing experience - preferred
