We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, elderly patients, or those in need of hospice care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties: - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety - Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up - Assist with medical documentation and maintaining accurate records - Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
Skills: - Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices - Ability to administer medications accurately and safely - Familiarity with hospice care principles and practices - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
Please note that all positions must be paid including internship positions.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
