Job Overview

Reset Merchandiser in Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, and surrounding areas

Provide large scale resets of display merchandising to all stores assigned by the Manager. Provide reset expertise. Work with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule. Build effective relationships with store personnel in the course of executing merchandising tasks; assure customer satisfaction. Identify any incremental opportunities for the Sales Representative to pursue. Provide feedback on competitor activities.

Position-Shift and Schedule

Full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday with occasional weekends. 1st shift, 5:00 am- finish. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required as scheduled.

Position Compensation

The starting rate of pay for this position starts at $15.63 per hour plus gas mileage reimbursement—attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.).

Position Territory

You will be working at our customers’ stores located in Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, and surrounding areas . We have a local branch located in Boynton Beach that you will need to visit for orientation and scheduled meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide large scale resets of display merchandising to all stores assigned by the Manager.

  • Work with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.

  • Build effective relationships with store personnel in the course of executing merchandising tasks; assure customer satisfaction.

  • Identify incremental sales opportunities for the Sales Representative to pursue.

  • Provide feedback on competitor activities

  • This position will consist of more than 75% merchandising

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.

  • Two years prior reset experience and retail merchandising experience in grocery, mass, drug, or big-box retailers required.

  • Valid drivers license and motor vehicle report that meets company standards
