Elite Electric Plumbing & Air seeks HVAC Service Technicians to join our first-class team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency. You will perform maintenance tune-ups, diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. In addition, you will be the face and voice of a fast passed company that provides superior customer service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate your skills and knowledge while responding to service calls and HVAC emergencies.
Describe options and costs while obtaining pre-sale approval before making repairs.
Ensure all repairs meet safety and regulatory standards and codes.
Promote service and offer assistance with financing.
Provide superior customer service.
Requirements
A minimum of two years of residential HVAC experience diagnosing and repairing.
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Clean, safe driving record.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication.
High integrity with advanced social skills and knowledge to make solid connections.
Strong desires to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.
Must have an Outgoing personality that works in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT
Working in confined spaces and at heights
Working with hazardous materials and chemicals
Working in extreme conditions like elevated height, and extreme temperatures
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
