Description

We are searching for an HR Generalist for our team located in Port Richey, Florida. This role is primarily focused on managing recruiting processes, onboarding new employees, and enhancing employee engagement. The HR Generalist will also be involved in benefits consultation, systems administration, and facilities management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process which includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, and coordinating the hiring process.

• Answer employee questions related to benefits, ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is available to them.

• Assist in the automation of HR processes, including training and answering questions on new HR systems.

• Engage with employees to resolve issues, answer questions, and handle terminations and discipline.

• Lead the safety committee, organize safety audits, and implement necessary changes for safety within the facility.

• Contribute to ad hoc HR projects, such as the redesign of the onboarding process for all locations.

• Meet with the local management team to provide updates on facility-related matters, including safety and turnover.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar

• Familiarity with Osha Safety regulations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
