Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Summary: As a Construction Laborer at Ken Gill Construction, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry and grow with a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including cleaning and organizing materials.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools as required.
• Assist with building and assembling structures.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support construction activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
