JCB Inc. Marketing and Finance Development Representative in Pooler, Georgia

Position Summary

This position will primarily be responsible for onboarding and developing new Agricultural dealers by enhancing their marketing and financial strategies. This role works cross-functionally to ensure newly launched dealers have the resources required within the marketing and finance areas to activate initiatives and identify business opportunities based on market analysis and segment needs.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Take charge of the dealer onboarding process, including all communication and marketing training to ensure dealers are well-prepared for success.
  • Develop dealer marketing strategies and initiatives to grow and nurture the dealer network, fostering dealer-to-customer engagement.
  • Lead the creation of templated dealer-centric regional advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Provide regional and local show and event support to enhance JCB's presence and engage with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with dealers to develop best practice dealer strategies and assist in launching new programs to drive business growth.
  • Ensure that dealers complete training on JCB marketing processes, focusing on marketing and finance programs. Provide training to dealer staff on financing and leasing solutions to facilitate increased sales.
  • Work closely with dealerships to coordinate and communicate sales and finance programs effectively, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Train dealer staff on the usage of dealer portals, including registration, post requests, content uploads/refreshes, and retrieval of information as needed.
  • Analyze problems and provide information and solutions to improve the effectiveness of dealers in their local markets and support various programs and activities.
  • Determine the most effective points of interaction for marketing campaigns, evaluate their performance, and assist in developing and updating JCB's marketing policies accordingly.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate dealer marketing activities, proactively adjusting our strategy to meet dealers' evolving needs in their assigned markets.
  • Work closely with the inside sales team to refine the process of converting inquiries into leads, optimizing lead generation requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing or related field
  • Two years of marketing experience in a dealer related environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilitiesand Competencies

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and CRM database
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Customer oriented to assist in maintaining dealer relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to be creative and analytical

Work Environment:

Office environment, with approximately 25% travel.
