Position Purpose
To grow JCBs Global market share in our Skid Steer product range by building, developing and effectively communicating the necessary sales foundations for long term business success and profitability.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Expand the JCB business strategy for Skid Steer sales to the North American and global construction and agriculture markets.
- Take a leadership role in the development of the JCB North American and global sales growth of our Skid Steer range and new product introduction
- Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify, build and develop strategic and profitable relationships within our dealer networks
- Forecast, track and report Skid Steer sales activities to management
- Continually identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability
- Understand the key performance indicators that will leverage our dealers business
- Review the Skid Steer target market opportunities and provide feeds into our dealer pipeline
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of JCB Skid Steer products and attachments to facilitate sales efforts that affect target markets
- Proactively assist the organization in achieving its goals
- Manage the Skid Steer Loader Growth team
Nature and Scope
Reports to the VP of Product
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 + years outside sales experience in the industry
- Bachelors degree
- Skid Steer product knowledge and/or similar product knowledge
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests as applicable

- Demonstrated success in developing and inspiring teams with product sales vision and mission
- Proven success in analyzing and forecasting trends
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to build and lead an effective team

- Ability to effectively manage and maintain peer and business relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust
- Ability to motivate others and drive for results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SAP
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
