Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an AR Clerk in the Construction/Contractor industry, based in Pooler, Georgia. This role involves a variety of tasks related to data management and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in an efficient manner

• Maintain up-to-date collection notes, ensuring accuracy at all times

• Monitor credit limits and forecast available credit based on orders received

• Carry out daily cash postings

• Approve machine credits

• Handle customer account reconciliations, dispute resolutions, and respond to customer requests

• Utilize credit/collections methods and tools effectively

• Perform financial analysis tasks

• Provide excellent customer service

• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

• Utilize SAP system, although this is not a requirement

• Pay attention to detail in all tasks

• Audit machine invoicing

• Handle sundry billings

• Manage machine transfers

• Complete weekly and monthly reporting requirements

• Prepare checks as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in SAP software is mandatory for efficient work management.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel Formulas for data management and analysis.

• Demonstrable experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

• Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Supply Chain Logistics and Supply Chain Management is necessary.

• Ability to handle Collection Processes effectively.

• Experience in Credit - Collections for managing financial transactions.

• Experience in Third Party Collections to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Ability to conduct Balance Sheet Reviews for maintaining financial health.

• Knowledge of Balance Sheets for accurate financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation for accurate financial reporting.

• Experience in preparing checks for various business transactions.
