Employbridge is now hiring a Purchasing Manager for a tooling/machining company in Romeo, MI!
Shift: 7a-4:30p
Pay: $19-$25/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and order material pre-BOM when necessary.
- Analyze and process bill of materials.
- Attain quotes and purchase necessary materials.
- Accurate data entry.
- Maintain relationships and handle follow-ups with vendors.
- Maintain proper levels of inventory items and pricing material logs.
- Work with maintenance department on vendors and repair purchases.
- Maintain and document annual inspection/safety reports.
- Assist with IT department when necessary and provide back-up.
Update website when needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and work papers.
- Knowledge of E2 software, purchase orders, quoting, invoicing, job costs, etc
