The Opportunity
Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Heat Treat Operator to join our team on nights. Working in a team environment, the operator will work to support multiple manufacturing processes, with a particular emphasis on coatings and heat treatment operations.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts from heat treatment fixturing
- Visual inspection of coating quality
- Operate automated heat treatment systems
- Routine maintenance of heat treatment systems
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School or GED required
2 years' experience working in a manufacturing or production setting required
- Heat treat experience desired
Ability to follow all safety and planning instructions
Ability to read, understand, and correctly interpret basic blueprint drawings, process planning, and work instructions
Must be able to work nights Sunday -Thursday from 9:30 PM -- 6 AM. Training may take place on day shift.

``` - Physical lifting requirements include; ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches), capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, a grip strength of at least 50 pounds, and be able to reach above the shoulder (65 inches). - US.
