The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Heat Treat Operator to join our team on nights. Working in a team environment, the operator will work to support multiple manufacturing processes, with a particular emphasis on coatings and heat treatment operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload parts from heat treatment fixturing
  • Visual inspection of coating quality
  • Operate automated heat treatment systems
  • Routine maintenance of heat treatment systems
  • Other duties as assigned

     

Qualifications

  • High School or GED required

  • 2 years' experience working in a manufacturing or production setting required

    • Heat treat experience desired
  • Ability to follow all safety and planning instructions

  • Ability to read, understand, and correctly interpret basic blueprint drawings, process planning, and work instructions

  • Must be able to work nights Sunday -Thursday from 9:30 PM -- 6 AM. Training may take place on day shift.

``` - Physical lifting requirements include; ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches), capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, a grip strength of at least 50 pounds, and be able to reach above the shoulder (65 inches). - US.
