Job Title : Executive Administrative Assistant

Location : Pontiac, IL

Pay Rate : $20.00 What’s the Job?

• Assist with day-to-day clerical duties

• Prepare invoices, monitor past-due invoices, and work with third-party vendor payees for remittance.

• Prepare expense reports.

• Assist in preparing real estate request for proposals research.

• Assist in coordinating fundraising events and meetings.

What’s Needed?

• QuickBooks experience required.

• Minimum of three years experience as an executive assistant or office manager.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and Constant Contact.

• Must be professional, detailed oriented, and meticulous.
