Description:

\ Take Ten Tire and Lube in Ponca City currently has an exciting opportunity for Customer Service/Front Counter Sales. You must be energetic and team-oriented and understand the importance of being the face of the company. Experience in automotive repair and maintenance and/or tire sales and maintenance is a definite plus. This job is demanding and competitive, requiring someone with an upbeat attitude, a positive outlook, and sincere customer service.

The position focuses on satisfying customer and vehicle-related problems, meeting predetermined service sales objectives, and thoroughly and accurately performing designated administrative activities.

Essential Functions

  • Promptly meet and greet every service customer in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Listen to customers\' reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service department.
  • Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy the customers\' concerns.
  • Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.
  • Maintain communication with the technicians and shop foreman regarding job status changes.
  • Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and in a manner that does not further aggravate problems.
  • Make policy adjustments within the guidelines and budgets established by management.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller\'s inquiry.
  • Write and complete work orders, explain to the customer work done, and collect payments.
  • Strive to ensure that every customer is very satisfied with the level of service the shop offers.
  • Provide superior customer service at all times.
  • Make yourself available for and complete all required and additional training the Company offers.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
  • Adhere at all times to company policies and legal regulations while conducting business.
