The Ponca City News is looking for the newest member of our advertising team! Our ad reps
help local businesses grow through our print and online advertising products.
Duties
- Develop and implement advertising strategies to promote products or services
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competitors
- Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives
- Create and present advertising proposals to clients
- Manage advertising campaigns from conception to execution
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and technology
departments
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the advertising industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal
teams
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions for optimizing advertising campaigns
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing projects and teams
- Experience in account management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Pay: \$25,000.00 - \$27,000.00 per year
