Human Resources Coordinator
KEITH is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in our Corporate Office in Pompano Beach, FL. We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture. Job Summary:
We are looking to employ an HR Coordinator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. An HR Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, Human Resources Coordinators should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and overall Human Resources administration. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing conflict, effective at scheduling and demonstrate strong administrative skills.
What you'll do in Human Resources:
Assist with the new hire orientation and on-boarding process.
Assist with administering health and benefit plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
Assist with processing required documents and maintaining accurate record-keeping.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Maintains discretion and a high level of professionalism when confronted with highly sensitive and confidential information.
Reconciles benefits statements.
Assists with audits of benefits or other HR programs.
Updates internal spreadsheets and logs for accurate record keeping.
Assists with the preparation, tracking and scheduling of performance reviews.
Maintain and update company organizational charts, phone directory, company calendar and other requested reports as needed.
Maintains confidential employee files.
