To create a better future, you need to think outside the box. That's why we at Siemens need innovators who aren't afraid to push boundaries to join our diverse team of tech gurus. Got what it takes? Then help us create lasting, positive impact!

We are seeking new graduates to join our full-time two-year Operations Leadership Development Program with our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. This is an opportunity for early career talent to accelerate their careers and prepare them for a dynamic future at one of our manufacturing facilities. This program will require you to relocate for four, six-month rotations. Potential rotation locations include Grand Prairie, TX; Roebuck, SC; Hingham, MA; and Pomona, CA.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Opting into one of three tracks where you'll engage in a range of projects and processes across four rotations at various Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities – each rotation exposes you to a different facet of your track, develops your foundational skills, and provides you with a deeper understanding of the business.

  • Manufacturing Engineering Track: improve, implement, and manage manufacturing processes and lines for the production of our electrical products; possible rotations are manufacturing engineer, fabrication supervisor or assembly supervisor, and operational excellence.

  • Supply Chain Operations Track: drive improvements in the supply chain by overseeing all facets of material management, including procurement, logistics, optimization, and inventory control; possible rotations are production planner, logistics specialist, master data steward, demand planner, and materials supervisor.

  • Digital Manufacturing/Systems Engineering Track: implement new technologies to digitalize manufacturing operations; possible rotations are manufacturing designer, process improvement, performance analytics, and systems integration or systems implementation.

  • Improving processes, driving sustainability, and finding the most effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges.

  • Being forward-thinking and challenging peers and senior management to think one step ahead.

  • Striving to exceed targets, fuel our growth, and contribute to our customers' success.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree: rising graduates (must graduate by Spring 2024).

  • Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations or Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or related programs.

  • Available to begin full-time employment in January 2024 or July 2024.

  • A strong desire to transform the manufacturing industry.

  • Must be willing and able to relocate domestically for each rotation (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address) and travel as required by the program.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without the need for current or future company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing setting.

  • Prior experience with Siemens and/or Siemens technology.

  • Involvement with campus clubs/organizations, leadership experience.
