We are looking for a Material Systems Administrator based at the Pomona, CA facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of all SAP training and development within the facility and will be needed to keep accurate training records in conjunction with other internal operating systems to include PPG, WMS and MES.

  • Understanding of SAP / MRP functions, transactional methodologies, best practices, and the ability to train others on how to navigate through all modules and system platforms.

  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • This resource handles project results including functional and technical specifications, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for multiple systematic templates.

  • Strong solid understanding of WMS, PPG, and MES including all related master data and customization software.

  • Development of SAP processes and training strategies within a manufacturing environment.

  • Additional related functions /duties as assigned.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementation of SAP modules in at least 2 projects (FULL CYCLE, from initiation to closure)

  • Above average knowledge of integration of applications with SAP modules

  • 2+ years’ experience in development of IT solutions configuring SAP to support Business & Manufacturing process requirements.

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to optimally lead efforts including delivery of larger complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or related field preferred, plus 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in the SAP modules and related applications within a manufacturing environment

  • Experience in project management and team leadership

  • The pay range for this position is $70K - $90k. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
