Job Title: Assembler II

Job Description

Assemble machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools. Follow mechanical blueprint instructions to assemble machines and verify detailing. Advise the Lead or Supervisor of all problems. Assemble machines with minimal guidance. Scan jobs into the Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems. Follow all safety procedures in handling equipment and parts. Must meet deadlines.

Hard Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Ability to read and follow mechanical blueprints

• Experience with Made2Manage (M2M) systems

• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 520 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pomona, California.

Work Environment

Must be able to utilize correct body mechanics during performance of physical activity such as pushing/pulling, stooping, squatting, sitting, and lifting as applicable to the position. Heavy manufacturing environment, not climate controlled. 1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm (1-2 OT daily hours at the most).
