CBRE is in the seek for a Sr WorkPlace Experience Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Provides supervision of the provision of Workplace Services (Reception, conference and meeting room management, audiovisual support, meetings, and events
Mail services, office material management, furniture management, space replacement and office tours.
Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures related to the employee experience.
Creates and maintains a culture of service excellence.
Supervises staff assigned to workplace experience services, including establishing work schedules.
Respond to customer requests and complaints about Workplace Experience services.
Provides administrative support, including meeting coordination and office and workplace expertise.
Equipment care and supply management
Ensure that those providing workplace experience services comply with safety standards, if company employees or third-party service providers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotelería, Gestión Institucional, Administración de Empresas or similar
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Manager/Concierge in Hospitality, Tourist Services or Employee Experience Areas
Minimum 2 years of experience managing own work teams.
Advanced English
Ability to deal with clients, with high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
