CBRE is in the seek for a Sr WorkPlace Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Provides supervision of the provision of Workplace Services (Reception, conference and meeting room management, audiovisual support, meetings, and events

  • Mail services, office material management, furniture management, space replacement and office tours.

  • Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures related to the employee experience.

  • Creates and maintains a culture of service excellence.

  • Supervises staff assigned to workplace experience services, including establishing work schedules.

  • Respond to customer requests and complaints about Workplace Experience services.

  • Provides administrative support, including meeting coordination and office and workplace expertise.

  • Equipment care and supply management

  • Ensure that those providing workplace experience services comply with safety standards, if company employees or third-party service providers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotelería, Gestión Institucional, Administración de Empresas or similar

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Manager/Concierge in Hospitality, Tourist Services or Employee Experience Areas

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing own work teams.

  • Advanced English

  • Ability to deal with clients, with high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
