ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Be proficient in a variety of massage therapies such as Swedish, Sports, Aromatherapy, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki. Knowledge of hydrotherapy and body treatments.
• Perform daily routine set up and breakdown of massage room; maintain clean, well stocked room.
• Perform a 50, 80, or 110 minute comprehensive Swedish massage, using professional draping techniquies.
• Must exhibit a compassionate personality, with a sincere concern for the well being of others.
• Comprehensive understanding of treatment presentations and procedures.
• Provide each guest with a complete and satisfying experience, leaving them refreshed and revitalized.
• Responsible for the performance of operational tasks when not engaged in treatments, i.e. restocking supplies and linens, removal or retrieval of laundry items, general and specific cleaning and any other task deemed necessary in maintaining the efficiency of Spa operations.
• Understand the importance of punctuality and its relationship to overall guest satisfaction.
