Head Start Part Day Classroom Assistant- Head Start Classroom at Lincoln- JobID: 6003

POSITION TITLE: HEAD START PART DAY CLASSROOM ASSISTANT\ \ LOCATION: Head Start Classroom at Lincoln\ \ CLOSING DATE: Position will be open until filled.\ \ HOURS: 4.5 hours per day, 18 hours per week\ \ DAYS: Tuesday through Friday. Occasional Mondays. Nine month employment, August to June\ \ SALARY SCHEDULE: Rate of pay \$12.76 per hour\ \ START DATE: ASAP\ \ JOB SUMMARY: The Classroom Assistant primary assignment is to assist with setting up centers and daily activities; works with children individually and group settings; monitors bathroom, meal, outdoor/gross motor times, and transitions between periods; help provide a safe, clean and orderly environment.\ \ JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED\ \ BENEFIT: Not eligible for benefits\ \ \ \ The Pocatello/Chubbuck School District is an equal opportunity employer/education with a drug, alcohol and tobacco free environment.
