JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Part - Time High School Senior Production If you enjoy working hard, enjoy being part of a team and have a history of working well with others for a common goal, this opportunity may be for you. Schedule: Ability to work 16 hours / week on the following shift 2nd Shift (Pick your days to work-Monday thru Sunday) Shift can be anywhere from 4, 6, or 8 hour shifts/day Schedule will be discussed during interview process and must be followed until May 2025 Opportunity to pick up additional weekly hours if available and interested! Are you able to: Take and follow instructions Remain positive in all situations Be a team player Communicate accurately and effectively Report to work punctually and according to schedule Work at a fast pace Reach, grasp, and lift 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 75lbs on a frequent basis If you have answered yes AND You are a current high school student in your senior year You will be 18 years old or older by January 2025 Want to make \$23.20/hour plus \$1.00 Shift differential pay? Perform manual lifting and carrying (approximately up to 40lbs) by opening, cleaning and placing cheese on production lines Remove all packaging from cheese Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminant, remove and clean accordingly Lift and place cheese on conveyors (weight varies from 5 lbs. to 40 lbs. per lift) Operate all automated and manual cutting systems Operate all shredding equipment Maintain record of bulk cheese usage utilizing RF inventory scanners Perform other duties as assigned Working Environment Comfortable climate-controlled work environment - our facilities are clean and contain cool temperatures. Our equipment consists of robotic case packers, case erectors, case sealers, and moving belts which can be noisy. Fork-lifts also drive in the packaging area.
