The Sr Business Analyst - Software leads a skilled software team developing custom software applications for the number one HVAC company in the world. Successful candidate will work with a diverse group including Marketing, Engineering, IT and end users to develop custom built, easy to use and intuitive selection and simulation applications. A Day in the Life: Leads the team and provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring Translates business requirements into functional requirements and technical specifications for development of new computer software applications or for enhancements to existing systems Leads collection and analysis of possible project engagements, documenting project scope (objectives, deliverables, critical success factors, assumptions, global and regional considerations, and resource requirements), prioritization, cost/benefit, potential risks, and feasibility Translates and implement Engineering product structure and configuration rules into the software using basic nested if-then logic Lead the development and review (from content to final draft) of user guides, training classes, and other end user documentation for applications and processes What's in It For you: Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more!
