Your Team: The Sr Manager, Program PMO provides business and technical leadership for major, high-complexity programs within the GBU, leading project teams through the identification, justification, prioritization, initiation, development and implementation processes. Your Role: In this role you will accountability for project schedule, budget, risks, and interacts with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective communications. The Senior Program Manager interacts and influences senior internal and external partners, makes launch date commitments to businesses and handles stakeholder expectations with regards to Baxter deliverables during the program. This role will develop core team and project/program management capabilities across the organization. What you'll be doing: Provide Program management and portfolio leadership for a Digital portfolio of initiatives. Accountable for core team performance, program schedule and execution, budget commitments and spend. Leads team in defining program strategies, developing goals, and orchestrating team appraisal process. Provides clear direction on product lifecycle management requirements to meet expectations of external customers and business collaborators Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and proactive management of risk response strategies. Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and leads difficult situations to result in win-win outcomes. Enhances business results through continuous improvement in organization's ability to implement programs from identification through implementation. What you'll bring: MBA/MS or bachelor's degree. 10+ years of product life cycle experience, preferably in a Digital setting Experience or exposure to digital and service launches across several regions and markets meeting specific requirements on data privacy, regulation and market dynamics. 7+ years project management experience with shown success leading multi-site, global or enterprise-wide programs in the medical products industry. Must have solid understanding Medical Device Product Lifecycle (ISO 13485 and FDA QS Regulation 21 CFR Part 820) PMI or IPMA or equivalent certification preferred. Ability to communicate optimally using a wide variety of skills and vehicles. Ability to run cross-functional teams simultaneously in a matrix environment. The role thus requires the person to be self-motivated, have good social skills, be capable of analyzing and solving sophisticated problems through entrepreneurial thought and experience. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $187,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
