Daikin Applied Order Management Specialist in Plymouth, Minnesota

This position works in a high performing, customer-oriented team environment to support made-to-order manufactured equipment for a national network of direct sales office. Builds relationships with the sales office as well as quality, cost and delivery (QCD) operations personnel to provide a first in class customer experience. Providing this first in class customer experience includes answering phones in a timely fashion and communicating customer complaints to provide immediate resolution. Location: Hybrid - Plymouth, MN What you will do: Provides end-to-end management of the orders from intake through delivery Ensures timely processing of orders Creates and assists in process documentation Recommends corrective actions to resolve customer complaints Works independently to process orders while supporting an expanded portfolio of products. Partner with delivery team to resolve issues, determine root cause and identify ways to improve and ensure top performance with the customer and proactively mitigate non-compliance charges. Helps to train and mentor the Order Management Specialist I position Processes orders to meet and exceed expectations in alignment with high quality output to provide top tier customer service Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customer and internal stakeholders.
