Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Sheet Metal Finisher and Stud Welder. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating sheet metal finishing machines and/or stud welding machines. Your primary tasks will include grinding and polishing welds, performing stud welding, and applying a chemical bath to the cabinets to prevent rusting.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in polishing techniques

  • Experience with grinding operations

  • Ability to fabricate sheet metal

  • Knowledge of sheet metal production processes

  • Familiarity with working with various metals, including stainless steel and mild steel

  • Competence in using a tape measure

  • Experience as a finisher in metal finishing

  • Ability to operate grinding machines

  • Familiarity with stud welding techniques

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical inclination and aptitude

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Skills:

  • Prior experience in grinding and polishing within a manufacturing setting

  • Experience with stud welding techniques

Experience Level: Entry Level
