We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning Specialist Intern to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. Location: Plymouth, MN Hybrid Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May-August 2025 What's in it for you: You will have the opportunity to own a meaningful, real-life project within the Learning & Development Department that can directly create a positive impact on Daikin Applied's HVAC Development An opportunity to build relationships with other students beyond your department The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best What you will do: Experience what is like to work in corporate learning department and leverage technology to deploy learning solutions Participate in end-to-end training and event management, including tracking, materials, communications and logistics Implement Learning Management System (LMS) solutions in support of evolving business and operational needs Support internal and external customers with training and LMS questions or technical issues Assist with data and analytics by running reports from various learning technology resources, answering questions, and compiling data for monthly scorecards.
