Amerilab Technologies Inc HVAC Technician in Plymouth, Minnesota
Amerilab Technologies is a growing and leading US manufacturer in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of effervescent tablets, and effervescent and non-effervescent powders in stick packs and sachets, and we are currently seeking skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm The HVAC Technician is responsible for service, maintenance, repair, installation, and inspections on Amerilab s HVAC equipment in a manufacturing setting. Your responsibilities will include: Installs, inspects, tests, and repairs HVACR equipment throughout facilities to ensure proper HVAC/Refrigeration operation in accordance with established procedures and according to code. This includes but is not limited to heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, etc. Installs, inspects and repairs DHUs throughout the facilities. Performs preventive maintenance and testing on HVACR equipment throughout the facilities. Performs daily checks on boiler system 15 psi or less. Coordinates and/or directs outside contractors (scheduled and unscheduled) working on equipment, systems, grounds or building structure. Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment Repair, replace and trouble-shoot existing HVAC equipment Develop and maintain service schedule Prepare and submit job reports on a timely basis. Performs other duties as required to maintain the facilities and grounds. Other Duties and Responsibilities: Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. Safety Protocol: Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures. Correct or report any observed safety hazards. Support safety policies and programs.
