POSITION SUMMARY: The Dominium Construction & Architectural Services (DCAS) Construction & Architecture Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the DCAS team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Book travel for the DCAS team Organize, prepare and submit expense reports on a monthly basis for the DCAS team Code corporate card transactions on a monthly basis for the DCAS team Prepare contracts and change orders for insurance claim and capital expense projects Manage tasks in Procore software as needed Create POs and upload invoices in Yardi software for capital expense and other projects as needed Organize and save site visit photos in the correct property folders for DCAS and the Development Department Coordinate Amazon Hub requests Coordinate drone footage requests Maintain Legal Hub documents Manage DCAS team subscriptions Manage General Contractor & Architectural License Renewals Provide general administrative support to the department Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Previous administrative experience is required; secondary education is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others both orally and in writing in English. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Procore and Yardi experience preferred. Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, think independently and work with minimal supervision.
