Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role falls within the industry of accounts payable and accounting. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Handle invoice processing and expense reporting

• Use software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and account reconciliation

• Perform check runs and coding invoices

• Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions

• Multi-task and manage various accounting duties in a dynamic environment

• Ensure all customer records are updated and accurate

• Contribute to the team's overall performance by completing related duties as needed Requirements • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Demonstrable skills in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to run check runs efficiently

• Experience with coding invoices

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Solid background in invoice processing

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
