About this role

We’re seeking an Operations Lead in our Plymouth Meeting PA location. This is a full-time onsite role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AR resolution

  • Warranty registration

  • Contacting customers

  • Technician Payroll

  • Scheduling

  • Invoicing

  • Tending to technician needs

  • Parts ordering and other procurement

  • Service customers and technicians

  • Provide for technicians needs

  • Assist other Operations Leads and Coordinator

  • THIS IS A ON-SITE POSITION

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 3+ years of work experience in an administrative/office environment

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Able to work quickly and accurately in an extremely fast paced environment

  • Excellent Time Management skills

  • Excellent Multi-Tasking experience

  • Maintains effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements.

  • Contacts customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport.
