ZOOM DRAIN CDL Tanker Driver in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania
This position is a DAYSHIFT schedule - there is NO Overnight travel, with some nights and weekends, only as needed.
CDL Tanker Driver Requirements | WHAT YOU BRING
Experience working with septic tanks is preferred
Must hold a Class A CDL license
Tanker Endorsement is required
Valid Driver’s License with a good standing driving record
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug and physical exam
Excellent customer service skills
This position may be required to work evenings, weekends, and other non-standard work hours as needed
Knowledge of drains and septic systems is a plus
Experience with hands-on work in the field
CDL Tanker Driver Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a tanker driver, you will drive to and service local residential and commercial properties by observing the condition of septic tanks and identifying any issues or potential problems
Perform routine maintenance such as pumping and properly disposing of non-hazardous waste that accumulates sludge, which helps prevent blockages
Provide maintenance recommendations to customers
Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip maintenance and inspections
Adhere to all transportation regulations and company policies
Follow safety rules and best practices under Zoom Drain requirements
Speak with customers and communicate effectively with them on any follow-up maintenance recommendations
Maintain accurate records of work performed and findings for compliance purposes
The ability to meet the physical demands of the job
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
