Your role at Clorox:

As a Rebate Specialist you will be responsible for key processes that enable the rebating and payment of CloroxPro’s customers and partners. Includes providing support for field sales and distributors, managing the CloroxPro rebates portal, management/triage of Zendesk tickets for internal issue resolution and tracking, and partnering in the management of our end user customer accounts.

CloroxPro encompasses professional healthcare, cleaning and specialty offerings. Our wide range of solutions reflect a tradition of research and experience in cleaning, sanitizing and infection prevention for professional environments

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Zendesk ticket triage, assignment and reports

  • Rebating Field Support: Handle distributor portal: new access, access changes, portal issues / distributor payee records (process new distributor W9 requests, changes.

  • Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Tier, Member, Eligibility Validation (from distributors & field sales)

  • Provide support to distributors and GPO, regarding price activations, build and coordinate, and publish GPO rosters to sales and forge, along with evaluating ongoing tier activations; 28 rosters + 1 master file with 3.4M GPO members.

  • Support the monthly process of “Alias Management”, reviewing all mismatched addresses, locations in rebates tied to GPO contracts.

  • Publish Distributor Backup Reports and Admin Fee Reports to internal and external teams.

  • Customer assignments to accurate groups (rollup names and facility type), work with DHC (3rd party vendor) to match Healthcare customers to their internal number so automated updates can be pushed to CRM system.

What we look for:

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of previous rebate and data support experience desireable in Healthcare or CPG companies.

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience leveraging/managing ticketing systems

  • Experience with Alteryx

  • Business Intelligence Analytical Tools (eg Power BI, Oracle Answers, Business Objects)

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $62,500 - $111,300

–Zone B: $57,300 - $102,000

–Zone C: $52,100 - $92,700

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
