JOB REQUIREMENTS: Come join HARIBO of America\'s first ever North American factory! Located on-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, the Machine Operator will be responsible for running and maintaining department production and/or packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator will set up and operate machinery and processes in their assigned area, assuring compliance to all quality, environmental and cost standards. The Machine Operator will partner with support functions to identify and resolve unplanned downtime events, quality, safety, cost, and other losses attributed to the area, using problem solving techniques and a continuous improvement mindset. The ideal Machine Operator will have three years\' experience in machine operation in a food manufacturing environment.
