JOB REQUIREMENTS: Operations Analyst Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Are you skilled in research, reporting and making recommendations? Then you belong at Uline! Position Responsibilities Publish scheduled reporting on key metrics, providing feedback and data-based insights to drive business decisions. Analyze company-wide operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and root causes. Create tools to better enable Uline\'s warehouse locations manage operations, including Power BI dashboards and real-time reporting. Identify trends, document findings and present insight / performance improvement recommendations to Uline\'s President and management. Collaborate with business units to gain in-depth understanding of processes, challenges and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree. 2 - 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in SQL and Power BI. Highly adept in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
