VILLAGE OF PLEASANT PRAIRIE Member Services Representative in PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Member Services Representative has the following primary responsibilties: answering all incoming phone calls; successfully master all search and action functions of CSI; having knowledge of the facility to be able to conduct tours; understanding what is included in our membership packages, the membership contract obligations and the Village ordinance; accurately and thoroughly complete department forms. It will also be expected of you to be prompt, have a positive attitude with members, guests and fellow employees; and have good attendance at work. Be able to stand in one location for up to 8 hours. Be able to initiate emergency procedures including first aid, CPR and AED. Be able to communicate verbally. Moderate lifting of 15-50 lbs.
