Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of various plant production and packaging machinery. Your daily tasks will include following work orders to ensure scheduled maintenance is completed efficiently and documenting all maintenance and repairs in the CMMS system.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience

• 3+ years mechanical troubleshooting

• 3+ years electrical troubleshooting

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

This position requires working a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule. Initially, training may occur on the first shift for up to a month, although adjustments can be made for immediate transition to night shifts if necessary. The environment is a high-tech, automated bottling facility operating 24/7 with approximately 150 employees. The facility houses advanced machinery including blow molding machines, automated palletizers, packaging machines, and Laser Guided Vehicles. Adherence to GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) is essential.
