Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team, working the evening shift from 5:30pm to 2am, Monday through Friday. The role involves performing mechanical and electrical repairs on food production equipment. Responsibilities include providing emergency and unscheduled repairs during production, preparing and setting up machinery for production runs, and performing scheduled maintenance. The ideal candidate will diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Regular preventive maintenance and a variety of other duties such as plumbing and electrical tasks are also part of the job.
