Description We are in search of a Financial Analyst for our team located in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. The chosen candidate will be extensively involved in the finance industry, focusing on areas such as Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, and CRM. This opportunity is open for those seeking a long-standing engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting detailed analysis using Accounting Software Systems and providing pertinent financial insights for decision making.

• Managing and optimizing ADP - Financial Services to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Utilizing CRM systems effectively to manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Creating and presenting detailed reports using Crystal Reports to facilitate informed business decisions.

• Employing Data Mining Techniques to extract valuable information for financial analysis and forecasting.

• Overseeing various Accounting Functions to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Implementing Accrual Accounting methods for accurate financial reporting and analysis.

• Conducting regular Auditing to ensure the accuracy of financial data and adherence to financial regulations and standards.

• Overseeing and improving Budget Processes to ensure financial efficiency and cost control.

• Managing Capital effectively to ensure financial stability and growth. Requirements • Entry-level position, no prior experience required

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Competence in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Experience with Crystal Reports

• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Accrual Accounting

• Experience with Auditing processes

• Understanding of Budget Processes

• Knowledge of Capital Management
