Manage our job board campaigns and dig into the data to uncover trending jobseeker behavior to inform our recruitment marketing strategy and attract top talent! Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Manage paid search campaigns across job board sites to help meet Uline\'s recruitment advertising goals. Analyze keyword and campaign performance alongside hiring forecasts, recruitment demands and market factors to optimize campaigns. Prepare reporting based on in-depth analysis to communicate recruitment advertising effectiveness and recommend improvement opportunities. Collaborate with HR teams, management and vendors to refine campaign targeting and job board spending. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business or related field. 2+ years of experience managing paid search programs or job boards. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in Google and Bing ads and Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
